My name is Briselda, Chef and owner of PerMex Delights! Peruvian and Mexican catering services. I’m delighted to bring catering services to Lane County. I’m originally from Acapulco, Mexico, where I learned from my mother and grandmother the art of crafting authentic Mexican dishes infused with ancient, treasured flavors and techniques in their wood stove. Later, my curiosity for international flavors led me to learn Peruvian cuisine alongside my then mother-in-law. 

PerMex Delights was founded with the mission to offer delicious Peruvian and Mexican food that is visually appealing and brings joy to our customers. Our chefs have extensive experience in authentic Mexican and Peruvian dishes, many with backgrounds rooted in these cultures. We take pride in using wholesome ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to deliver an exceptional culinary experience. Our goal is to bring you delicious food through catering services for private and corporate events, small hands-on cooking classes, and at home private chef. Afterall, we operate under the core belief that life is too short for bland food.
